Requirements

Active Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university. Alternatively: Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 6 years of experience, or a PhD and 4 years of experience, or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
8 years of related experience (or equivalent with a degree)
Knowledge & Experience in Planning & Scheduling
Knowledge & Experience in Project Management
Knowledge & Experience in EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
Knowledge & Experience in Systems Engineering and Architecture
Experience in developing and managing project teams and schedules
Experience in Development Lifecycle and knowledge of spiral development processes
Proven leadership abilities to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross-functional area efforts associated with both the Sustainment and Development lifecycle management
Experience with project planning, cost, schedule & performance
Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities

Responsibilities

Work with SE Leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee the Cross-Agile Release Train and Cross-Functional Product Team efforts associated with SE contract proposals and Mods
Support the planning and execution of technical scope, schedule, and cost inputs for changes, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and other customer engineering estimate requests
Support the development of SE IMS objective evidence and the collection of IMS status accounting
Facilitate Cross-Spiral de-confliction
Provide Functional Area Coordination
Resolve Schedule/Resource issues
