Responsibilities

Ensure and obtain correct information in SAP: Responsible for materials in SAP having accurate information, including prices, lead times, and material details. Includes gathering necessary information from suppliers
Serve as internal contact point for new material numbers and changes to system information
Obtain and maintain documentation for purchased goods, including technical documentation and material certificates
Ensure materials meet quality standards and handle any deviations
Improve master data quality for existing and new goods, including trade data such as HTS, country of origin, etc
Assist the procurement team as needed with purchasing and expediting
