  • Oversee campaign operations, including setup, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring across CRM channels
  • Ensure data pipelines, event triggers, and audience syncs operate seamlessly across marketing and product systems
  • Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and segmentation logic, ensuring member engagement campaigns are accurate and reliable
  • Partner with Data Engineering to implement and validate event tracking and marketing data flows
  • Build and maintain automated workflows and customer journeys to support lifecycle programs, retargeting, and transactional communications
  • Identify and execute opportunities to streamline campaign processes, reduce manual work, and improve system efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data syncs and campaigns
