Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of hands-on experience with key marketing technology platforms, including customer data platforms, digital adoption platforms, and marketing automation tools. Experience in requirement gathering, vendor review, setup, configuration, and maintenance of mainstream marketing platforms such as Segment, Gainsight PX, Vero, Custom.io, Optimizely, and/or Funnel IO is required. The ability to communicate complex technology solutions to business stakeholders and translate business needs into technological solutions is also essential.

Responsibilities

The MarTech Manager will provide subject matter expertise and hands-on delivery for core marketing technology capabilities, focusing on Customer Data Platforms (Segment), Marketing Automation tools, and Digital Adoption Platforms. This role involves translating business requirements into standardized specifications, performing in-platform configurations, and acting as a liaison between business teams and development/data engineering colleagues. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining documentation for tooling, driving best practices, mapping the marketing technology target state with stakeholders, and leading projects to achieve it.
