Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in channel partnerships, sales enablement, or ecosystem growth, with direct experience building and monetizing technological marketplaces or platform add-on ecosystems. A proven track record in Web3 or SaaS environments, particularly with developer tools, API marketplaces, or platform extensions, is required. Strong business development skills, including experience negotiating partner agreements and executing co-selling or co-marketing motions, are essential. Deep familiarity with Web3 developer workflows, such as JSON-RPC, REST, external services, and bundled tool offerings for dApp builders, is necessary. Excellent cross-functional leadership, a data-driven mindset with experience in implementing growth and performance metrics for Marketplace or partner programs, and superb communication and presentation skills are also required.
The Marketplace Manager will own the go-to-market playbook and revenue strategy for QuickNode’s Marketplace, driving partner-sourced pipeline, attach rates, and revenue contribution. This role involves identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-value add-on partners across various categories. Responsibilities include designing and delivering enablement content for Sales and Customer Success teams, crafting and launching joint GTM campaigns with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing, and closely aligning with Sales segments to ensure Marketplace offerings are embedded in strategic customer conversations. The manager will track and analyze Marketplace metrics, including partner onboarding velocity, attach rate to deals, usage by developer segments, bundle adoption, and revenue contribution. Additionally, they will act as the lead liaison for partners, ensuring mutual success through clear KPIs, timely onboarding, and effective go-live coordination.
