Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Nexxen’s exchange dynamics—who is buying what, how, when, and at what value
Define and execute a multi-year Deals Marketplace growth strategy, ensuring continued scale and efficiency through strategic supply-demand alignment
Manage and maintain the Marketplace rate card for standard media products, including pricing, availability, targeting capabilities, and publisher inclusion
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure media products are market-ready with compelling sales collateral and positioning
Operate a Deals Desk to evaluate and process custom requests from the Demand team, including modifications to standard offerings, custom deal builds, and inventory availability checks
Collaborate with the Demand team to analyze pipeline activity and market trends, ensuring supply availability aligns with client needs—both current and future
Act as a key bridge between Supply and Demand organizations
Drive growth of advanced CTV and programmatic solutions by building and executing strategies connecting premium supply with high-value demand
