Requirements

  • Experience or capability to define and execute multi-year growth strategies
  • Skills in managing rate cards, including pricing, availability, targeting, and publisher inclusion
  • Ability to partner with Product Marketing on sales collateral and positioning
  • Proficiency in operating a Deals Desk for custom requests, deal builds, and inventory checks
  • Collaboration skills with Demand, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Product, and Product Marketing teams
  • Ability to analyze pipeline activity and market trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Nexxen’s exchange dynamics—who is buying what, how, when, and at what value
  • Define and execute a multi-year Deals Marketplace growth strategy, ensuring continued scale and efficiency through strategic supply-demand alignment
  • Manage and maintain the Marketplace rate card for standard media products, including pricing, availability, targeting capabilities, and publisher inclusion
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure media products are market-ready with compelling sales collateral and positioning
  • Operate a Deals Desk to evaluate and process custom requests from the Demand team, including modifications to standard offerings, custom deal builds, and inventory availability checks
  • Collaborate with the Demand team to analyze pipeline activity and market trends, ensuring supply availability aligns with client needs—both current and future
  • Act as a key bridge between Supply and Demand organizations
  • Drive growth of advanced CTV and programmatic solutions by building and executing strategies connecting premium supply with high-value demand
