Responsibilities

  • Liderar, junto con el Director de División y el Responsable de Ventas, el desarrollo, implementación y seguimiento del plan estratégico de marketing de la división de Critical Care Iberia
  • Definir las prioridades de marketing y comunicación, alineando las acciones locales con la estrategia global de la compañía
  • Analizar el entorno competitivo, la evolución del mercado y competidores para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y expansión
  • Impulsar el lanzamiento y posicionamiento de nuevos productos en el mercado, garantizando una ejecución eficiente y coordinada con los equipos de ventas
  • Elaborar y gestionar el presupuesto anual de marketing, asegurando la optimización de recursos y la consecución de los KPIs definidos
  • Dar soporte en la elaboración y revisión de documentación técnica y de valor añadido para licitaciones públicas, asegurando la consistencia con la estrategia de producto y posicionamiento de la división
  • Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la organización de congresos, simposios, talleres nacionales (España y Portugal)
  • Gestionar la logística de los eventos, incluyendo envío de equipos médicos, material fungible y promocional
  • Apoyar a los equipos comerciales en la organización de sesiones clínicas y demos
