Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term marketing plans targeting all audiences in collaboration with senior leadership
Create, coordinate, and oversee marketing materials including signage, brochures, emailers, invitations, and digital content
Lead digital marketing processes including content creation for Digital Property Marketing, social media campaigns, and additional tools involving cross-functional collaboration
Manage diverse marketing initiatives such as product positioning, branding campaigns, broker/customer events, and department activations
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events–from brokers appreciation experiences to customer celebrations–ensuring each experience is impactful and aligned with strategic goals
Oversee and manage all asset photography and maintain marketing inventory with precision
Design and produce high-quality portfolio tour books, stacking plans, pitch decks, and other company-branded materials to enhance market presence
Partner with architectural and design professionals for site, building, and space plans, including workflow oversight of site and stacking plan maintenance
Work closely with Corporate Communications team and Market leadership to develop messaging, stories, and thought leadership to enhance Prologis’ brand profile
Design and execute Customer Experience initiatives including events, promotional items, and targeted marketing strategies
Support internal communication initiatives from concept through execution
Manage and maintain precise oversight of markets’ marketing budgets, invoices, and departmental expenses
Collaborate with leasing, property management, development, and capital deployment teams
