Responsibilities

Develop strategies and execute marketing plans for ENT product portfolio to achieve annual business goals
Work with the European marketing team, country sales managers and sales reps/TCs to implement plans to drive portfolio growth with focus on the product launches
Function as the product life cycle owner including but not limited to technical, clinical and marketing activities and to be the expert reference for a range of ENT products
Execute the portfolio digital strategy, including all marketing materials and communication approvals and dissemination
Develop strategies aligning with stakeholders focusing on entry, distribution, product/model/indication mix, market, and account segmentation
Build & develop strong collaboration to local KOLs
