Requirements

At least 4 years of marketing experience
At least 2 years of experience managing complex marketing campaigns
Project management experience
Process oriented and very organized
Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
Full proficiency in English
4-year degree preferred
Experience using Adobe Workfront preferred
Marketing agency experience preferred (Leading creative initiatives/campaigns)

Responsibilities

Provide complete ownership for assigned marketing campaigns
Provide project leadership and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for brand and supplier marketers
Responsible for all financial aspects of campaigns; use Oracle Procurement Cloud to ensure all customers are invoiced and Arrow receives payment for all services provided
Work with Arrow's finance team to ensure every admin aspect of each campaign is executed following approved processes
Assist brand and supplier marketers during the campaign planning and brief development process
Work with external marketing agencies to coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables
Drive each campaign activity from approval of plan to deploy and then monitor and report to ensure objectives and campaign strategies are being met
Translate customer requirements into clear and comprehensive marketing requests for internal execution team
Act as an internal mediator and advisor that simplifies and communicates technical concepts to influence stakeholders to consider an alternative approach when needed
Oversee quality control of all projects through editing, proofing and the review process
Collaborate with marketing effectiveness team for timely creation of effectiveness reports and dashboards
Create campaign estimates and schedules to assist brand or supplier strategists
