Excellent written communication, meeting facilitation, and internal operational skills are necessary, as is the ability to influence without hierarchy. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion, Airtable, Looker, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is expected, with a bonus for experience using AI tools to streamline workflows or increase planning velocity.
The Marketing Programs Lead will act as the connective tissue across the marketing function, owning program execution, team coordination, strategic initiatives, and operational rigor. This role involves leading the marketing operating cadence, coordinating complex cross-functional marketing programs, and owning high-priority strategic projects for the CMO. Responsibilities also include building scalable workflows and resource libraries for team enablement, partnering with Marketing Ops and RevOps on campaign reporting and attribution, leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency, supporting the CMO with budget tracking and marketing investment planning, and driving cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations.
