Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or a related role
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in Marketo (certification preferred) and Demandbase
  • Experience with MAPs (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) and tools (e.g. Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting, dashboards, and attribution models
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes, including implementing and optimising Demandbase to drive ABM growth
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture process thinking
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the MarTech stack (automation, CRM, reporting tools) to ensure seamless lead flow and attribution
  • Leverage Marketo and Demandbase to orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns and provide insights on account engagement and pipeline impact
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement and optimise Demandbase, ensure alignment on ABM strategy, campaign execution, and measurement of target account engagement
  • Improve data quality and governance so sales and marketing share a single source of truth
  • Partner with Sales Operations to align systems, definitions, SLAs, and reporting, ensuring visibility across the funnel
  • Create dashboards and insights that empower the marketing team to make smarter, faster decisions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, generate Sales pipeline, and improve ROI and conversion tracking
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Establish processes that scale while leaving room for innovation
  • Act as the operational backbone of the marketing function
