As Headway’s Marketing Operations Lead (Platform Operations), you will be instrumental in owning and enhancing Headway’s provider marketing operations and technology stack. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing high-quality marketing processes to support the acquisition and conversion of tens of thousands of therapists as we build a new mental healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • MarTech Integration & Data Flow: Own, manage, and optimize marketing technology stack integrations to ensure seamless data handoffs across platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom, LeanData, Chilipiper, Outreach, Zerobounce, Unbounce, Tray.ai, Zapier, etc.).
  • Lead Management & Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with RevOps to streamline and optimize end-to-end lead flow processes.
  • Lead Scoring: Develop, implement, and refine lead scoring models to enhance qualification accuracy.
  • Lifecycle & Conversion Optimization: Manage lifecycle stages and drive improvements in funnel conversion and pipeline efficiency.
  • Data Enrichment & Hygiene: Maintain a high-quality database through enrichment tools (e.g., Clay), hygiene practices, and regular audits.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a focus on managing user journeys, data pipelines, and tech stack optimizations.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools (specifically Marketo) and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with tools such as LeanData, Chilipiper, Clay, and Outreach.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for managing complex end-to-end processes and building operationally efficient processes from the ground up.
  • Highly comfortable working with a broad marketing technology stack.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, seeking opportunities to tackle unfamiliar challenges, acquire new skills, and drive towards solutions.
  • Strong data analysis skills for storytelling, justifying investments, and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on accessible mental healthcare.

  • Experience in high-growth technology environments with significant autonomy, particularly in building 0-1 initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with LeanData, Outreach, and Chilipiper.
  • Marketo Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $97,240 - $143,000, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
  • Potential for: Performance-based variable compensation and equity grants, depending on the position and level.
