Requirements

  • +4 years of demonstrable marketing experience, ideally within a technology, or high-growth B2C brand
  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end campaign management (from briefing and strategy to launch and evaluation), ideally with through-the-line experience
  • If possible a track record of success working within a global/local marketing matrix structure, successfully adapting global strategies and assets for a local market (UKI experience highly advantageous)
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable with measurement frameworks, interpreting data, and translating analysis into clear business recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence and gravitas to represent the UKI position to global stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in project management, with the ability to manage and lead complex workflow and competing priorities across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes
  • Passionate, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and dedication, coupled with a curiosity (even if you don’t meet all the criteria)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the activation of a comprehensive UKI Marketing Plan, managing key campaign phases from initial brief through to launch and analysis
  • Own and champion the UKI campaign propositions, translating global strategies and creative into compelling, locally relevant campaigns
  • Act as the primary voice and representative for the UKI market in planning, creative, promotional and performance review forums for your projects
  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of bespoke, locally-led marketing initiatives (e.g., UK-only or seasonal campaigns) driven by UKI needs
  • Partner directly with Global Internal Creative and Media Teams to adapt, localise, and traffic global creative assets across all media channels (ATL, BTL, Digital etc) to ensure cultural relevance and media suitability in the UKI
  • Manage the local proposition workflow and asset requirements for 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams integrating creative execution with media strategy
  • Develop clear and actionable measurement frameworks for all major campaigns to accurately assess performance against objectives
  • Be accountable for the impact of UKI marketing activity, ensuring campaigns meet defined KPIs within the measurement framework
  • Conduct and synthesise post-campaign analysis to capture key learnings and translate performance data into actionable insights for continuous improvement in future campaigns and business strategies
