Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration or a related field
  • Specific experience in ad tech or programmatic media is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of success in tactical marketing roles, working within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, where multi-tasking is essential
  • Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce or equivalent alternative platforms
  • Experience in a client-facing role is a plus
  • Working experience within a matrix or other complex organisational structure is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and implement the EMEA marketing strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, EMEA, working to develop positioning that matches market conditions and client priorities
  • Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business and marketing objectives; develop supporting assets for various outputs including email, website, paid advertising and social media
  • Launch dedicated initiatives to drive adoption of key capabilities through targeted messaging, content and client engagement tactics (email, webinars, PR, etc.)
  • Build and maintain sales enablement collateral and content to effectively support all EMEA regional commercial teams
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of regional events across EMEA
  • Analyse and report on marketing activity in partnership with central marketing operations, ensuring objectives are met within budget
  • Stay informed of marketing and digital advertising trends, customer insights and Vistar’s own solutions to identify new opportunities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and work with the product/product marketing and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all activations
