Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required, including at least 3 years in pharmaceuticals, medical food, supplements, or skin care and cosmetics. Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with FDA guidelines are essential. Strong project management, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication are necessary. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is required, along with a creative mindset and data-driven problem-solving skills. Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing, as well as prior success in managing product launches or brand awareness campaigns, is preferred.
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and product positioning. They will strengthen brand presence and consistency across channels while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Conducting competitive analysis, consumer insights research, and market trend assessments to identify growth opportunities is essential. The role involves overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns, planning successful product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will partner with sales teams to create sales enablement materials, measure and analyze marketing effectiveness, and manage and mentor the marketing team.
