  • Champion Haleon’s ‘Brand Building Way’ and embed best practice path-to-purchase planning and KPI/metrics culture
  • Own the development and budgeting of ANZ Marketing Activation Plans across one-year and three-year horizons
  • Manage the local implementation of global campaigns, including TV, digital, outdoor, shopper, and packaging initiatives
  • Develop and execute consumer and shopper-centric path-to-purchase plans aligned with brand strategy and KPIs
  • Monitor brand sales and consumption performance, identifying and addressing performance gaps
