Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Finance
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry
  • Willingness to travel (travel is required)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, Finance or Communications
  • At least 9 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, capital markets, or global markets marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that build powerful brand relationships and compelling narratives

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage the details of multiple projects
  • Experience working with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and activation of integrated marketing programs across a variety of channels, including conferences, digital/website, social media, email, advertising, etc
  • Work closely with bankers to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives and are effectively integrated into go-to-market strategies
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of high-quality content, such as thought leadership articles and market insights, in multiple formats
  • Orchestrate all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn), and website content management
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, using data to inform and optimize future campaigns
  • Partner with Commercial Bank Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentation templates, tombstones, newsletters, pitchbooks, and proof points
  • Assist with budget planning and monitoring, including invoice processing and tracking
  • Plan and execute participation at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring a strong and professional representation of our firm
