Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing activities for the automotive sector, ensuring a strong and impactful presence across relevant channels and touchpoints
  • Develop and execute the automotive market segment strategy, driving growth, differentiation, and alignment with corporate objectives
  • Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, lead projects that deliver disruptive polyurethane solutions and accelerate commercialization of new technologies
  • Manage and prioritize the project pipeline for the automotive segment within EAMEI, deliver updates to the project governance board
  • Interpret market analytics and forecasting to provide actionable insights on segment trends, demand drivers, and competitive positioning
  • Monitor and interpret legislative, technological, and commercial developments and assess their impact on business strategy and product portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain) to influence decision-making and guide strategic priorities
  • Maintain and expand a robust industry network, fostering relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
