Responsibilities

  • Develop categories for DeWALT accessories in the French market through strategic and operational approaches, ensuring product commercialization, commercial operations performance, and brand visibility with clients and partners
  • Design and manage trade marketing and commercial operations for target distributors to strengthen brand presence in points of sale
  • Develop and execute the annual promotional plan in coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Create innovative sell-in and sell-out campaigns to drive sales growth and customer/consumer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze operation performances, proposing optimizations to maximize impact
  • Analyze product range structures, sales performances, customer buying behavior, and competition using market studies and field feedback
  • Manage new product launches in the French market, their integration into existing ranges, and performance tracking
  • Present range reviews in collaboration with Key Account Managers to strategic retailers
  • Contribute to the commercial plan development regarding market analysis, pricing positioning, and activation strategy; present plans to European teams
  • Monitor and control in-store operation implementation: create challenges, train sales teams, accompany teams in the field for promotional deployments
  • Manage the marketing budget to meet objectives (product, trade, and brand), allocate resources efficiently to maximize brand impact and ROI
