Responsibilities
Develop categories for DeWALT accessories in the French market through strategic and operational approaches, ensuring product commercialization, commercial operations performance, and brand visibility with clients and partners
Design and manage trade marketing and commercial operations for target distributors to strengthen brand presence in points of sale
Develop and execute the annual promotional plan in coordination with sales and marketing teams
Create innovative sell-in and sell-out campaigns to drive sales growth and customer/consumer engagement
Monitor and analyze operation performances, proposing optimizations to maximize impact
Analyze product range structures, sales performances, customer buying behavior, and competition using market studies and field feedback
Manage new product launches in the French market, their integration into existing ranges, and performance tracking
Present range reviews in collaboration with Key Account Managers to strategic retailers
Contribute to the commercial plan development regarding market analysis, pricing positioning, and activation strategy; present plans to European teams
Monitor and control in-store operation implementation: create challenges, train sales teams, accompany teams in the field for promotional deployments
Manage the marketing budget to meet objectives (product, trade, and brand), allocate resources efficiently to maximize brand impact and ROI
