Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing stack - connect HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools into a unified system that tracks marketing performance to revenue
  • Plan and launch campaigns - manage paid and organic programs across digital, traditional, and trade channels to drive qualified pipeline
  • Manage creative and content production - oversee videos, ads, blogs, and event materials that align with Bobyard’s brand and product initiatives
  • Drive SEO and website performance - develop keyword strategy, optimize landing pages, and measure organic growth and conversion
  • Implement tracking and attribution - manage UTMs, pixels, and conversion events with RevOps to ensure accurate funnel reporting
  • Monitor budgets and performance - track spend, pacing, and ROI across all channels; reallocate to optimize CAC and payback
  • Build reporting and dashboards - use Equals to visualize funnel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline efficiency
  • Run experiments and optimizations - A/B test ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and attribution
