Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing strategy for Protection and Capital Solutions to position as a highly credible reinsurer in chosen markets
  • Proactively support Client Solutions teams to develop impactful material, marketing collateral, and a calendar of valuable events across global markets
  • Become an expert on the CRM system (HubSpot) and support marketing and Client Solutions teams, especially during implementation
  • Work collaboratively with Protection marketing and Client Solutions teams to develop collateral supporting the brand in each market (35%)
  • Assist in content creation for website copy, thought leadership, social media content, email newsletters, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Create email campaigns, undertake testing, reporting, and make improvements
  • Create and post social media content (visuals and copy)
  • Create and edit video content using Seenit platform for internal or social media use
  • Track calendar of events with Client Solutions teams to represent brand and deliver optimal ROI (30%)
  • Work with Marketing team and office managers to plan and coordinate marketing events (seminars, webinars, trade shows, conferences, client hospitality)
  • Execute events on the day, including managing registrations and post-event surveys
  • Act as super-user for CRM system (HubSpot), supporting implementation, adoption, and efficient usage (35%)
  • Work with IT to develop meaningful insights on marketing performance from automated standard reports for wider business sharing
  • Maintain ongoing hygiene of CRM data and provide feedback to teams on mistakes to prevent recurrence
