Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing or in a similar leadership position in Marketing, preferably within the industry
Demonstrated success in running effective marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of web analytics and experience with Google Adwords
Proficiency in using CRM software to track and analyze customer data
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for the marketing team
Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions
Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
Set, monitor, and report on team goals to ensure achievement of marketing objectives
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to effectively promote products or services
Ensure strong and consistent brand message across all channels, including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to tailor marketing efforts
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans to build a high-performing marketing team
Monitor competition, including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products or features, to stay ahead in the market
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals
