Preferred qualifications include experience in database management, identifying customer data sources to improve marketing campaign effectiveness, leading projects to evaluate and integrate third-party technology, developing strategies for buyer groups, managing subscription centers and data flow from lead generation sources, conducting database audits, ensuring adherence to data standards and governance policies, and delivering analysis for process improvements. Strong analytical skills are also required, including experience with CRM reporting, developing regional dashboards for campaign performance, creating reports to measure campaign effectiveness by buyer group, and assessing database engagement across media channels.
The Marketing CRM Analyst will support global marketing programs by working with field marketing, sales operations, marketing operations, and email marketing teams for Financial Institution Audiences. Responsibilities include managing data, leading projects to successful completion, enhancing operations, integrating customer data into a complete customer database, serving as the primary point of contact for database segmentation and contact acquisition, and managing tools that enhance the marketing database. This role involves driving data cleansing, profiling, and segmentation initiatives, developing key buyer groups for targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with Field Marketing leads, and leading efforts for continuous improvements in data, tools, methodology, and processes. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for segmentation, contribute to contact strategy using the email channel, create basic lead, campaign, and activity reports in CRM, develop regional dashboards to review marketing campaign performance and lead funnel, create reports to measure campaign effectiveness by buyer group, and analyze consistent usage of the CRM.
