Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong sense of discretion and respect for client confidentiality and intellectual property.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a remote or asynchronous team setting.
- A background in performance marketing or e-commerce branding.
- Visual eye for ad creatives and understanding of what makes an ad effective.
Responsibilities
- Source and organize new ad creative inspiration across various platforms and tools.
- Input and structure product information using brand assets and marketing insights.
