This Marketing Coordinator will manage inbound marketing requests from internal departments by gathering requirements, prioritizing needs, and generating briefs. They will collaborate cross-functionally to manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing assets, coordinate across the brand, social, and email teams to support campaign and content calendar execution, review and QA marketing materials across channels for accuracy and consistency, source and manage marketing collateral inventory, assist in pulling basic reports and compiling performance metrics, and support general team operations by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and organizing shared asset libraries. Additionally, they will coordinate with local content creators, tracking deliverables and communicating with local field operations teams.
