Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within mining, manufacturing or automotive marketing
  • 3-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • Proven experience in dealer/channel engagement and regional strategy execution
  • Proven ability to lead planning and execution of large-scale events that elevate brand presence and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong storytelling, stakeholder engagement and event management skills
  • Experience in matrixed, multinational environments
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools
  • Deep understanding of dealer/channel engagement, mining industry dynamics and digital marketing tools
  • Strong writing, editing and messaging skills; proactive communicator with excellent project management
  • Ability to translate customer needs into tailored marketing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute large-scale events and conventions, including strategic alignment, vendor coordination, logistics and on-site leadership
  • Skilled in cross-functional teamwork and driving alignment across diverse teams
  • Innovative thinker with a knack for solving marketing challenges
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships
