Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at scale and speed and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to derive insights from data
  • Experience in agency management and creative asset development
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Eloqua, SFDC, Lightning)
  • Experience working with AI tools for marketing communication (strong asset)
  • PMP certification or comparable project management background (strong asset)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with marketing and business strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Create compelling content for digital, print, events, and social media channels. Manage storytelling initiatives, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including organic and paid campaigns. Optimize website content and SEO performance, usage of CRM tools (e.g. SFDC)
  • Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics (CTR, engagement, lead generation) and provide actionable insights
  • Organize and manage communication around PR events, webinars, and trade shows. Build and maintain relationships with media and key stakeholders
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards. Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Marketing) for approvals
