Practical knowledge of managing social media channels and their intricacies is required. Experience with Sprinklr is a plus, and knowledge of industry benchmarks for reach, engagement, view rates, and sentiment in Italy is desirable, with similar knowledge of the Iberian market being a bonus.
The Marketing Channel Manager will drive brand presence through content and community building on local market social channels, supporting paid initiatives. This role involves fostering and building social communities across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube, engaging with consumers, performing social listening, and monitoring competitors. Responsibilities include managing inbound comments, proactive community management, posting and scheduling content, managing paid content distribution, identifying and tracking community data metrics, developing monthly reports, championing creativity, briefing and managing creatives and designers, acting as a brand guardian, adopting the brand's voice, and building client relationships through regular meetings and exceptional servicing. The role also involves supporting the Social Team with campaign planning and agency liaison.
