Requirements

  • Marketo Master Architect with deep technical expertise in platform administration, workflow optimization and system integration
  • Marketing strategy and lifecycle execution expertise
  • Proven experience implementing platform improvements, automation best practices and platform integration strategies that delivered measurable impact
  • Ability to champion, shape and scale a unified global marketing automation strategy aligning with regional nuances
  • Experience simplifying complex concepts, driving adoption of best practices across regions
  • Capability to ensure platform decisions support strategic marketing goals and operational efficiency
  • Experience working cross-functionally and cross-regionally with digital marketing teams on lead generation, segmentation strategy, nurture programs and lifecycle optimization
  • Skills in gathering requirements from marketing stakeholders and partnering with technology to develop optimal platform workflows

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation in marketing automation strategies, leveraging new Marketo features, evaluating and piloting emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics
  • Own the Marketo roadmap: work with technology teams to prioritize integrations, product enhancements and process improvements, and create roadmap visibility organization-wide
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Marketo workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance program templates/campaign connectivity for multi-channel marketing synchronization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives, including refining lead scoring models for evolving priorities and accurate persona creation
  • Partner with global analytics and digital marketing teams to define KPIs for automation programs and ensure consistent reporting across global campaigns
  • Act as SME for the email tagging framework to ensure effectiveness and minimize disruption
