Responsibilities

  • Support B2C marketing, B2B marketing, and Commerce Media teams by helping to identify and translate measurement needs into actionable analyses, reports, and dashboards
  • Synthesize internal and third-party data into actionable insights about marketing performance, shopper behavior, and customer value delivery
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve and measure project success
  • Lead development of analysis and insights
  • Create and maintain compelling, intuitive dashboards to enable the business with critical metrics, with a focus on data automation, performance insights, and actionable data visualizations
  • Leverage technical tools to maintain ETL processes, implement data QA best practices, and analyze data within cloud environments
  • Work with marketing teams to develop insights and recommendations about campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and channel growth opportunities
  • Support the compilation and analysis of consumer marketing KPIs (i.e. leads, visits, UVs) for use in marketing and cross-functional business reviews
