Responsibilities

  • Lead an Ambassador team and facilitate legendary customer experiences
  • Act as the face of Capital One in the community by building alliances with local organizations and collaborating with vendors to generate new business
  • Serve as a trusted mentor and guide for Ambassadors' individual development and overall team performance
  • Grow associates' skills and performance through active, continuous coaching and recognition
  • Act as a role model for Capital One’s Values (Excellence and Do the Right Thing) while supporting branch-based change management efforts
  • Service clients via escalations or complex sales referred by Ambassadors, and participate in performance calls with small business and commercial partners
  • Maintain the physical branch space and coach Ambassadors to create welcoming environments
  • Drive continuous improvement and bring the team along in innovation efforts
  • Ensure accountability tied to behaviors with purpose and potential
  • Work with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities to plan events in and outside branches
