Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, marketing, or business
  • More than 5 years of experience in healthcare market development, business or marketing, ideally within medical devices, electrophysiology, with demonstrated success in driving therapy adoption and market expansion
  • Proven ability to assess market opportunities, identify adoption barriers, and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Experience leading or supporting educational initiatives, referral mapping, or awareness programs
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies, including sales, clinical, regulatory, and marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize clinical, competitive, and market data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence & CRM software (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive working mechanism with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Open to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries
  • Identifying markets, licensing opportunities, and determining the feasibility of business and product development
  • Performing economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities
  • Developing business models and determining market trends to substantiate long-term prospects
  • Coordinating with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects
  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing and potential as well as existing customers to determine their needs
  • Developing and disseminating information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives
  • Driving activities to expand the market and accelerate the adoption of electrophysiological therapies such as the Cryo ablation, PulseSelect and Affera system
  • Assuring product accelerating market adoption, driving commercial execution, and ensuring best-in-class product launches and market insights
