As a Market Development Engineer specializing in Interconnect parts, you will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within assigned markets. You will own the go-to-market strategy plan, conduct market analysis, collaborate on product development, and create comprehensive product offers. You will also build relationships with key suppliers and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in the electronics industry or similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management.
  • Experience in Interconnect parts.
  • Experience in engineering and business strategy (market & customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis).
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel in EMEA.
  • English language skills - fluently in writing and spoken.
  • Expertise in engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Determine, develop, scale, and lead implementation of market development programs.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy plan for assigned market segments.
  • Conduct business strategy activities (TAM, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, SWOT, product positioning).
  • Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management.
  • Work with suppliers, product management, and engineering to clarify product needs.
