Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing, specifically in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management. They must have experience with Interconnect parts and a strong understanding of engineering and business strategy, including market and customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, and financial analysis. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, along with a full driving license and readiness for business travel in EMEA.

Responsibilities

As a Market Development Engineer, you will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful solution programs to accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within assigned markets. You will own the go-to-market strategy plan, conduct business strategy activities, collaborate on product road mapping, work with suppliers and product management, create and execute product offers, contribute to communication programs, evaluate and manage supplier programs, and develop marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will lead Voice of Customer activities, build relationships with key suppliers, and participate in supplier web training, identifying market penetration strategies.
