About the Role

The Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) is responsible for ensuring customers understand and experience the value of Altium’s Enterprise Solutions (AES). The EIM facilitates the successful implementation of AES and ensures customer productivity. Key to this role is the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate value, implement systems and processes, and resolve issues efficiently. The EIM acts as a crucial link between Altium's Sales, Customer Success (Technical Support), and R&D organizations.

A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Implementation Manager

  • Train, guide, and coach customers through the myAltium engagement process in collaboration with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and other EIMs.
  • Manage the implementation project and ensure the customer's ongoing success post-deployment.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of the client, industry, business processes, and Altium's products to drive adoption and usage of AES.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for customers during AES implementation.
  • Collaborate with Altium's Customer Success (Technical Support) and R&D teams to resolve issues and propose value-adding solutions.
  • Handle escalations for implementation and customer productivity issues, coordinating with Sales, R&D, and Customer Success (Tech Support).
  • Work with Solution Architects and R&D to resolve high-impact software issues.
  • Build strong customer relationships and influence adoption of best practices.
  • Partner with Account Managers to reduce churn and enable client expansion, renewal, and retention.
  • Act as a customer advocate and promote a customer-focused culture to enhance customer relationships and Altium's capabilities.

Who You Are and What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role within Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
  • Experience with PCB ECAD Library/component management, PLM, and databases is desirable.
  • Ability to engage customers at a business level, drive alignment, and execute plans.
  • Proven effectiveness in a matrix management organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
