The Market Access Manager will develop and implement business plans to address reimbursement and funding issues in Germany, and define clear pathways for product adoption with local payers. They will evaluate legislative and regulatory impacts, lead the development of localized payer engagement tools, and collaborate to generate local evidence for funding outcomes. The role involves building strong relationships with key external payers, ensuring cross-functional alignment for value communication, shaping the external environment by influencing stakeholders, and representing market access in country commercial team meetings.
