The Manufacturing Technician will assist in the manufacturing process of high-quality sports surfaces by applying chemical and mechanical expertise. They will provide hands-on support in the production of polyurethane-based products, troubleshoot and solve problems related to equipment and processes, operate and maintain equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and DCS systems, and mentor team members on best practices. Additionally, they will analyze complex manufacturing issues, implement effective solutions, ensure all products meet quality standards, and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
