Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes

  • Perform routine environmental monitoring and ensure sterile conditions are maintained
  • Accurately detail all manufacturing activities and maintain clear and detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and boost efficiency
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to determine and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
