Responsibilities

Operate and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes
Adhere strictly to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain the highest quality standards
Perform routine environmental monitoring and ensure sterile conditions are maintained
Accurately detail all manufacturing activities and maintain clear and detailed records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and boost efficiency
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to determine and resolve issues promptly
Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
