Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, including initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and actively managing the entire candidate experience with professionalism and transparency
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, professional networking events, and employee referral programs
Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience against job requirements and Crusoe's values
Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate the offer process and successfully close candidates
