Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies specifically tailored for corporate and technical roles across the organization
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing efforts
Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, including initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and actively managing the entire candidate experience with professionalism and transparency
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, professional networking events, and employee referral programs
Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience against job requirements and Crusoe's values
Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate the offer process and successfully close candidates
