5 x GCSEs including Maths & English Language & Science/Technology (all sciences or IT) at Grade 9-4

Responsibilities

Participate in a 4-year Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship, studying one day per week at Milton Keynes College
Engage in practical onsite or blended onsite/offsite placements in Printed Electrical Circuit Manufacturing, Cable Manufacturing, Missile Assembly (including Actuators and Control and AIT), Missile Integration (including Platforms), Missile Test, and Calibration & Maintenance
Work in a team of operations personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the assembly, integration, and test of products
Maintain the integrity of product builds through specialist hands-on work alongside engineers
Adhere to shift patterns, potentially starting as early as 7am, and travel to MK College as required (travel expenses claimable)
