Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. They should have experience managing work tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SAP, and ideally hold a Green Belt certification and ISO 9000 Auditor qualification.
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. They will interface with design engineering during new product releases, estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements. Furthermore, they will maintain records and reporting systems for coordinating manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 standards.
