Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university with 8 years experience or Bachelors degree college with 10 years experience in Services & Consulting
  • Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems
  • Basic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement aggressive sales strategies to pinpoint, engage, and secure new business opportunities
  • Personally creating opportunities for qualified hospital and health system leadership who have the ability to positively influence, or make the decision to purchase GEHC Command Center programs
  • Give input to help shape the business strategy
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services
  • Harness sophisticated judgment skills to navigate complex tasks or challenges in areas like operational management, product management, and consulting
  • Evaluate the quality and relevance of information, engage in critical questioning, and utilize a range of sources to arrive at well-informed decisions
  • Articulate complex concepts effectively and steer colleagues and potential clients to consider alternative perspectives
