Strong track record of P&L ownership and decision-making in ecommerce or logistics

Responsibilities

Lead Pattern’s ecommerce operations in Europe
Own and manage the P&L for the region
Ensure fulfillment and logistics operations meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
Partner with global and regional leadership to align business strategies
Lead and mentor the European team to drive performance and engagement
Identify and execute growth and partnership opportunities in the European market
Ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness across all ecommerce activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Oversee all aspects of financial, operational, and customer performance in the region
Execute business strategies that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and partner value in the Europe market
