Requirements

  • Strong track record of P&L ownership and decision-making in ecommerce or logistics

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pattern’s ecommerce operations in Europe
  • Own and manage the P&L for the region
  • Ensure fulfillment and logistics operations meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to align business strategies
  • Lead and mentor the European team to drive performance and engagement
  • Identify and execute growth and partnership opportunities in the European market
  • Ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness across all ecommerce activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
  • Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee all aspects of financial, operational, and customer performance in the region
  • Execute business strategies that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and partner value in the Europe market
