Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
  • Post Graduate degree (Masters) preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing management and business development, preferably in top-tier FMCG/Financial Services/Payments industry (from client or agency side)
  • Proven experience or classically trained in at least one marketing specialization: research/creative/media/sponsorship/measurement
  • Stakeholder management skills, especially client-servicing skills and client-centricity mindset
  • Collaborative mindset in forging partnerships with external stakeholders (banks, merchants, governments) and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking, complex project management, and budget management skills
  • Solutions-focused mindset and ability to connect the dots to leverage Visa’s assets and resources
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities in verbal and written formats

Responsibilities

  • Bring the “best of Visa” marketing to key clients and collaborate cohesively with Visa marketing community locally, regionally, and globally, as well as Indonesia’s Business Development, Product, Visa Consulting, and MS&A teams
  • Develop deeper client partnerships and regular engagements
  • Generate new revenue streams by providing holistic Marketing VAS, including marketing insight, strategy, creative services, execution, media planning and deployment, sponsorships, and marketing consulting services to support client objectives (acquisition, activation, usage, retention)
  • Generate VAS by activating sponsorship portfolio of global platforms (e.g., FIFA, Olympics) and regional partnerships
  • Be responsible for Marketing VAS client engagements and project proposals in partnership with the Business Development Team
  • Work closely with relevant marketing and finance teams (local and regional) and external agencies to ensure effective delivery of revenue and margins for Marketing VAS commitments
  • Manage and report on revenue pipeline, project status, successes, and challenges related to Marketing Value Added Services using required templates and forums
  • Track project implementation and closure for revenue recognition as forecast
  • Handle administrative deliverables for client marketing project management and VAS, including marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management, and VIK process management in compliance with Visa’s policies
  • Participate in internal business agenda and activities with cross-functional teams, acting as brand custodian to ensure marketing materials follow branding guidelines
