Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for delivery-performance initiatives, new capability launches, and cross-carrier enhancements within the SWW ecosystem
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Operations to ensure clear requirements, roadmap clarity, and coordinated execution
  • Establish program governance, operating mechanisms, and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program status, risks, and milestones
  • Translate operational and customer insights into structured program plans that inform product strategy and future enhancements
  • Own OTD, speed, and delivery-reliability metrics across all carriers and sellers participating in SWW
  • Lead daily performance reviews, defect triage, and incident management routines to ensure operational continuity and SLA adherence
  • Coordinate responses to outages and service disruptions, driving rapid recovery and clear cross-team communication
  • Monitor and refine key KPIs for reliability, downtime, defect rates, and root-cause categories, ensuring they ladder up to strategic goals
  • Partner with analytics, data science, and product teams to identify performance levers, build measurement frameworks, and validate improvements
  • Analyze carrier, seller, and system-level data to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and develop structured action plans
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating learnings from escalations, defects, and post-mortems into updated processes and product requirements
  • Champion operational excellence
