Responsibilities

Leda och utveckla enheten för tekniska specialister
Skapa rätt förutsättningar för teamet att leverera högkvalitativa tekniska lösningar och professionella tjänster
Säkerställa kompetensutveckling, coacha specialister och bygga en kultur av samarbete, innovation och kundfokus
Utveckla skalbara och framtidssäkra tekniska lösningar inom UC tillsammans med teamet och andra funktioner
Förbättra och etablera arbetssätt, verktyg och processer för effektiv resursstyrning, kvalitetssäkring och kontinuerlig förbättring
Använda data och insikter för att optimera interna flöden och kundvärde
Konsultera och samverka med interna och externa intressenter som strategisk partner i lösningsdesign, produktutveckling och kunddialoger
