Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a technology-focused role involving client management
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and business level in English
  • Excellent literacy in technology and ability to read and understand technical specifications
  • Possesses extensive experience in technical project management, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical specifications

Responsibilities

  • Consulting clients about Value Added Services and Visa core technology
  • Creating narratives to solve client problems and guide them through complex technical problems
  • Analyzing client business problems/processes and identify Visa solutions to solve the problems
  • Drive projects forward by incorporating market practices and customer needs, ensuring alignment with evolving industry standards and user expectations
  • Supporting Client Services implementation team to connect the dots between clients and Visa global technology teams
  • Translating client business requirements into technical specifications and clearly communicate such requirements with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Attending client-facing meetings as a trusted Visa technology subject matter expert (SME)
  • Taking clear ownership and accountability of assigned work and effectively manage risk through consistent application of relevant Visa Key Controls
  • Supporting sales of Value Added Services product together with sales people, and for post-sales technical enablement of clients across a broad range of Value Added Services products and Visa core technology
