Expertise in financial systems, particularly SAP and peripheral systems
Strong project management skills for large-scale projects, upgrades, and evolutions respecting time/quality/budget constraints
Experience in managing cross-functional techno-functional teams
Ability to conduct feasibility studies, load estimates, and cost/budget assessments
Proficiency in delivering projects and continuous improvement initiatives involving financial systems and SAP interfaces
Knowledge of financial processes and business stakes to provide functional expertise and support to technical teams
Skills in team management, performance monitoring, talent development, and applying project management best practices (e.g., documentation, expressions of need, specifications, test scripts)
Responsibilities
Pilot or participate in studies and delivery of major evolutions/projects/upgrades with functional impact, collaborating with internal departments and Technology & Digital teams
Manage cross-functional techno-functional teams during projects
Provide feasibility studies, charge/cost estimates for evolutions/projects impacting financial systems, consolidating inputs from Technology & Digital teams
Ensure delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives involving financial systems and SAP interfaces
Hierarchically manage the team of functional/business experts (Back Of House), including performance follow-up and talent development
Maintain and enforce project management best practices, including documentation (expressions of need, functional specifications, test scripts, test proofs)
Provide functional/business expertise, advice, and support to technical expertise pole and Technology teams on processes and business stakes
Evolve internal tools and processes
Contribute to joint review and assignment of evolution requests, providing necessary functional skills
Animate and facilitate priority reviews for continuous improvement requests with business and BFS BOH leaders
