Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, design, support, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Address complex and ambiguous challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that encourages high performance and outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee team operations, including resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and development.
- Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team.
- Connect technical deliverables to business outcomes and ensure value realization.
Requirements
- Experience with AI: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Application Development: 6-10 years of experience in application development, system architecture, and production support for enterprise-level solutions.
- Team Leadership: 2-3+ years leading diverse, distributed engineering teams across geographies.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, C++, Ruby, Shell, or JavaScript.
- Front-end Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or Bootstrap.
- Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development methodologies.
- Software Development Best Practices: Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and development processes.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional discussions and dependencies.
- Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and sense of ownership for success in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and influencing skills with active listening and clear communication.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build relationships and foster trust across all organizational levels.
- Domain Experience (Plus): Experience in domains such as Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Compensation
- Base Pay: $163,600 - $286,300
- Additional Compensation: Equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation.
- Sales Positions: Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
