Responsibilities

Lead by example, mentor, and grow a diverse team of full-stack software engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning; actively participate in design, development, and debugging of complex features, contributing code as needed
Define and drive technical strategy and roadmap for full-stack development, aligning with product goals and architectural best practices; guide architectural decisions and complex technical challenges
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle for critical applications (Fleet Dashboard, EOL Tool, Diagnostic Tool, Feature Configurator, Log Viewer), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
Provide technical guidance and oversight in design, development, and implementation of complex systems; prototype solutions, tackle critical bugs, and optimize performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver user-centric features and backend services
Establish and enforce coding standards for frontend and backend; conduct code reviews, provide feedback, contribute to codebase, and promote testing methodologies (unit, integration, e2e)
Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development of team members
Evaluate and improve engineering processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and predictability
